As a seasoned industry professional, Chris offers over 30 years of real estate sales and acquisition experience. Having led transactions for more than AUD1.2 billion worth of assets across all sectors, he has a deep understanding of the property market and the network that makes great deals happen.

He has achieved success by marrying industry knowledge and connections with new ways of marketing property; challenging long established industry norms to great effect.

From single asset sales to global portfolio acquisitions, he works directly with real estate owners to ensure no stone is left unturned in the search for maximum value. After starting his career as a residential sales agent for Ray White, he spent decades building successful businesses that met changing industry needs.





After completing a Bachelor of Business in his home country of Australia, Daniel relocated to London where he spent two and a half years working for Europe’s largest developer, Land Securities, marketing the company’s multi-billion pound London portfolio, creating new brands and executing progressive marketing strategies for a range of world renowned places.

He joined Australia’s leading developer, Lendlease, after relocating to Singapore, where he spent eight years working across the region in marketing leadership and development management roles.

Daniel is now a Director of Genera 45, overseeing the growth of the organisation and managing multiple sale and acquisition programs for a range of institutional clients across Australia and Europe.



Sales Director


Martin moved into the commercial real estate industry after a career in aviation training and development. He has since spent over 20 years working for large organisations, investment banks, family offices and UHNW investors in global markets such as Europe, the Middle East and Australasia.

With over $250 million in real estate sales, Martin has put together significant property deals in the residential, industrial, office and retail sectors; building a global network of contacts and market experience.

A Danish national, Martin now resides in Australia and is the Sales Director for Genera 45, specialising in new residential project sales and large scale off-market commercial transactions for global property groups and fund managers.


Transaction Manager


After an extensive career in finance, Mark moved into the commercial real estate industry, where he now manages commercial property and works for some of Australia’s leading fund managers to acquire assets and portfolios across a range of sectors.

Prior to his involvement in commercial real estate, Mark spent over a decade in Tokyo working for several leading finance houses, where he managed derivative transactions for leading global banks. After relocating back to his home country of Australia, he established his own property management firm and has acquired the rights for a large scale mixed-use precinct.

A highly motivated individual, Mark joined the team at Genera 45, where he is assisting to manage transaction programs for some of Australia’s largest property groups.
