We are seeking multiple off-market childcare assets on behalf of a specialist fund manager:

Buying Criteria:

• Existing assets and new development opportunities
• Larger centres preferred (over 80 places) 
• National / experienced operators only
• Preference for triple net leases
• All locations considered

Other Notes:

• We will also consider take out on completion deals for assets under construction provided there is the right levels of demand and a national operator in place.
