We are seeking off-market value-add industrial and warehouse properties on behalf of a private fund manager:

Buying Criteria:


  • Industrial properties (with a focus on warehouses and third party logistics)
  • Minimum value of $5.0m with no upper limit
  • Sydney – Melbourne – Brisbane – Perth
  • Income producing assets (although a short WALE and leasing risk is acceptable)
  • Vacant buildings will be considered in strong locations
  • Properties with further development potential desired
  • Vacant industrial land in markets with strong fundamentals considered
  • Portfolios of properties would be ideal
