Value-Add Industrial Assets
We are seeking off-market value-add industrial and warehouse properties on behalf of a private fund manager:
Buying Criteria:
- Industrial properties (with a focus on warehouses and third party logistics)
- Minimum value of single assets – $50.0m with no upper limit
- Sydney – Melbourne – Brisbane – Perth
- Income producing assets (although a short WALE and leasing risk is acceptable)
- Vacant buildings will be considered in strong locations
- Properties with further development potential desired
- Vacant industrial land in markets with strong fundamentals considered
- Portfolios of properties would be ideal
