We are seeking multiple off-market service station assets on behalf of a specialist fund:

Buying Criteria (Existing Assets):

• National locations (metro and regional)
• Preference for prime locations on high traffic roads
• No upper limit on price
• High quality / A Grade assets
• Corporate tenants only (no franchisees)
• Preference for long leases with fixed rental increases
• Limited associated retail / F&B

Buying Criteria (Development Opportunities):

• Locations with the required levels of demand
• Must have DA and a tenant already in place
• Opportunities can be either developer / operator led
• Developer fund through and take out on completion preferred
