Buying Criteria:

 

  • Sites with or without DA

  • 5,000 – 10,000 sqm of vacant land or improved land with buildings having 4,000 – 7,000 sqm of GFA and mezzanine potential

  • Existing self-storage facilities with expansion or development potential will be considered

  • Main road exposure

  • Close proximity to neighbourhood retail and residential areas preferred

  • Locations: Greater Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Greater Melbourne, Greater Sydney, Metro Perth, Metro Adelaide
