We are seeking off-market sites suitable for self-storage development on behalf of a client:
Buying Criteria:

Sites with or without DA
-
5,000 – 10,000 sqm of vacant land or improved land with buildings having 4,000 – 7,000 sqm of GFA and mezzanine potential

Existing self-storage facilities with expansion or development potential will be considered

Main road exposure
-
Close proximity to neighbourhood retail and residential areas preferred

Locations: Greater Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Greater Melbourne, Greater Sydney, Metro Perth, Metro Adelaide
