Buying Criteria:

5,000 – 10,000 sqm of vacant land or improved land with buildings having 4,000 – 7,000 sqm of GFA and mezzanine potential

Existing self-storage facilities with expansion or development potential will be considered

Main road exposure

Close proximity to neighbourhood retail and residential areas preferred
