  • Industrial properties (with a focus on warehouses and third party logistics)
  • Minimum value of $20m with no upper limit (sweet spot between $50m & $100m) 
  • Tight yields paid for strong assets
  • Sydney – Melbourne – Brisbane – Perth (core markets) 
  • Long leases to strong covenants required
  • Fast due diligence and quick settlements
  • Can purchase existing assets or buy on a turn-key or fund-through basis 
  • Portfolios of properties would be ideal
