Buying Criteria:
- Industrial properties (with a focus on warehouses and third party logistics)
- Minimum value of $20m with no upper limit (sweet spot between $50m & $100m)
- Tight yields paid for strong assets
- Sydney – Melbourne – Brisbane – Perth (core markets)
- Long leases to strong covenants required
- Fast due diligence and quick settlements
- Can purchase existing assets or buy on a turn-key or fund-through basis
- Portfolios of properties would be ideal
