We are seeking off-market supermarket anchored neighbourhood retail centres on behalf of a specialist fund:
Buying Criteria:
- Values from $15m – $50m
- Short WALE of 2-3 years acceptable
- Yields from 5.5% – flexible depending on rental levels and reversionary potential
- Coles and Woolworths anchored centres (IGA also considered)
- National locations (with a preference for QLD and NSW)
- Assets located close to capital cities (large regional towns / cities also considered)
- Strong anchor tenant trading history and favourable local area demographics
- Preference for assets with short term value-add potential (improving tenant mix, extension / refurbishment, lease restructuring etc.)
