We are seeking off-market supermarket anchored neighbourhood retail centres on behalf of a specialist fund:

Buying Criteria:


  • Values from $15m – $50m
  • Short WALE of 2-3 years acceptable
  • Yields from 5.5% – flexible depending on rental levels and reversionary potential
  • Coles and Woolworths anchored centres (IGA also considered)
  • National locations (with a preference for QLD and NSW)
  • Assets located close to capital cities (large regional towns / cities also considered) 
  • Strong anchor tenant trading history and favourable local area demographics
  • Preference for assets with short term value-add potential (improving tenant mix, extension / refurbishment, lease restructuring etc.)
