• Minimum on completion project values of $100m (no upper limit)
• Preference for industrial, CBD office and residential in capital city locations
• Retail, large format, hotels and student accommodation selectively considered
• A completed cash flow or feasibility must be available to assess
• For development opportunities development plans are also required
• Preference for Eastern Seaboard locations
