• Existing income producing assets.
• Focus is on sites with permanent residents rather than holiday / short-term letting.
• Land parcels greater than 10 Ha (no upper limit).
• A minimum number of 150 lots (no upper limit). 
• Current LLC / MHE sites with any expansion opportunities are highly desirable. 
• Portfolios based on the above would be ideal.
• Victoria, New South Wales & Queensland.
• ACT, South Australia and Western Australia also considered.
• Locations where the population of the local area exceeds 10,000 people.
• Portfolios based on the above will be highly desirable.
