Buying Criteria:


  • Infill industrial properties in key locations (with a focus on warehouses and third-party logistics)
  • Site areas from 4 Ha (no upper limit)
  • Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne locations
  • Vacant land ok if correctly zoned
  • Income producing assets (although a short WALE and leasing risk is acceptable)
  • Vacant buildings will be considered in strong locations
  • Properties with further development potential are highly desirable
  • Portfolios of properties would be ideal
