Buying Criteria:
- Industrial properties (with a focus on warehouses and third party logistics)
- Minimum value of $5.0m with no upper limit
- Sydney – Melbourne – Brisbane
- Income producing assets (although a short WALE and leasing risk is acceptable)
- Vacant buildings will be considered in strong locations
- Properties with further development potential desired
- Portfolios of properties would be ideal
