We are seeking multiple off-market healthcare assets on behalf of a specialist fund manager:

Buying Criteria:

• Minimum value $10.0m (no upper limit)
• High occupancy and long WALE required (greater than 5 years)
• Minimum 75% medical based occupancy
• National tenants preferred

Asset Types:

• GP clinics and medical centres
• Day hospitals
• Private hospitals
• Mental health and rehabilitation facilities
• Specialist treatment centres (radiology, IVF, imaging, pathology, oncology etc.)
• Allied health services (dental, physiotherapy, podiatry etc.)
• Supporting amenity (pharmacy, cafe, consulting suites, childcare, medical office etc.)

Other Notes:

• We will also consider medical fund-through opportunities for new development projects on all of the above categories where there are tenant pre-commitments.
• Existing Freehold aged care facilities will also be considered.
