ACQUIRING AND SELLING A PRIME RETAIL DEVELOPMENT SITE

Working for Valad Property Group, we managed their off market acquisition of the 65 Ha Craigiburn Town Centre site for $50m. At a later date, we were engaged again by Valad Property Group to manage the sale of the site to Lendlease for $73.5m.
